How Can I Exchange A Product? (Lebanon)
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be exchanged within 15 days of the merchandise’s delivery date by visiting one of our branches, or by contacting us on our WhatsApp number: +961 81 28 00 20

Please note that we have an exchange policy. No refunds!

The exchanged Items must be accompanied with their original receipt or any other proof of purchase.

The exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, or unused, with original tags/labels attached.

For hygienic reasons, briefs, tights, shapewear and adhesives products cannot be exchanged. Swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Exchanges may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled. Items that contain the “Online Only” tag are sold only on our website.
