How to order

How Can I Return A Product?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for exchange within 15 days of the merchandise’s delivery date by visiting one of our branches.

  • Items must be returned with the original receipt or other proof of purchase
  • You must provide your name and address.
  • The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
  • If you would like to exchange an item without having to visit our stores, you may do so but some extra charges will be added to the shipment as follows : 2 $ to return the item and 5 $ to deliver the new item.(These charges are independent from the original 5$ paid to deliver the original item)
  • For hygienic reasons, briefs, panties, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Exchanges may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled.
Can my ordered items be gift wrapped ?

Yes, when you checkout at the end your order, you can check the gift wrapping option on the checkout page.

How do I cancel an order?

Please call us immediately at +961 71 613 616 on the same day of placing the order or the second day to check whether your order has been shipped or not.

If it has been shipped, you will liable to pay the shipment fees 5$ in addition to the return fees of 2$

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All our deliveries are done through “Aramex” services.

We currently deliver in Lebanon only.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package

Orders are delivered within 2 or 3 days from placing them.

How Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Your email confirmation will include a tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number will take you to the carrier’s website, where the status of your delivery can be checked.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently deliver in Lebanon only.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay via Visa Card or Master Card or Cash on delivery.

Online payments are settled through Payfort, hence, all payment information are subject to Payfort’s terms and conditions, and privacy policies.

When you place orders online, Credit Card details are forwarded to a protected online banking system provided by Payfort.

If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the order will be processed instantly. Credit cards are charged at the moment that the order is confirmed for the merchandises available.
