How to order
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for exchange within 15 days of the merchandise’s delivery date by visiting one of our branches.
- Items must be returned with the original receipt or other proof of purchase
- You must provide your name and address.
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
- If you would like to exchange an item without having to visit our stores, you may do so but some extra charges will be added to the shipment as follows: 2 $ to return the item and 5 $ to deliver the new item. (These charges are independent of the original 5$ paid to deliver the original item)
- For hygienic reasons, briefs, panties, swimming costumes, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Exchanges may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled.
Yes, when you check out at the end your order, you can check the gift wrapping option on the checkout page.
Please call us immediately at +961 81 28 00 20 on the same day of placing the order or the second day to check whether your order has been shipped or not.

Payment & Shipping
All our deliveries are done through “Aramex”.
Orders are delivered within 2to 3 working days from placing them.
We don’t send out tracking codes automatically, instead we send shipping updates to your email and text whenever it has been shipped and when it is close to delivery. You can reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want an update of the shipping situation, we can provide a tracking code to you then.
