How to order & Exchange

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be exchanged  within 15 days of the merchandise’s delivery date by visiting one of our branches, or by contacting us on our WhatsApp number :+961 81 28 00 20

  • Please note that we have an exchange policy. No refunds!
  • The exchanged Items must be accompanied with their original receipt or any other proof of purchase
  • The exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, or unused, with original tags/labels attached.
  • For hygienic reasons, briefs, tights, shapewear and adhesives products cannot be exchanged.
  • Swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Exchanges may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled.
  • Items that contain the “Online Only” tag are sold only on our website.

Lebanon : Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days from placing them

International : Please contact us via WhatsApp : +961 81 28 00 20 with your order number, so we provide you with the tracking number of your package (www.aramex.com)

Under exceptional cases like a Lockdown, your order might take longer to be delivered.

We don’t send out tracking codes automatically, instead Aramex sends you shipping updates to your email or mobile, whenever it has been shipped and when it is close for delivery.
